An integrated community created miracles. The 'Shia Jafari Mashaykhi Momin Jamat' is a closely knit community which has time and again created miracles in restaurant business with its co-operative business model. Today he name of the community stands synonymous to a successful restaurant business. over 700 restaurants across Gujarat, Maharashtra and parts of Rajasthan run on this unique model. It has also forayed into drinking water business with its 'Orizon' brand of water. As a part of backward integration the community has ventured into grocery stores name 'Amenity'. This business integration is the hallmark of our success.
Community Social Responsibility:
The measure of business success is the extent to which it benefits the community. Realizing this fact we have taken steps to work for community development. With the objective of establishing infrastructural facilities for education and other cultural needs of the rural community residing in and around Sidhpur the trust 'Ahmed Vikas mandal' (AVM) was established in April 1999. All the activities committees - 'The Management committee',' the board of trustees' and 'Advisory Committee of Shia jafri Mashayakhi Momin jamat' under the able leadership of Mr.Abbas D. Momin. This Trust has been working relentlessly in this direction since over a decade now and has taken many path-breaking initiatives for the rural community of the region.
