Accessibility of knowledge and that of health are the cornerstones of Maktabah Jafariyah. Here, accessibility means more than just monetary aspects of knowledge and health. It includes inclusiveness, quality, and ease of use. Building on this, Maktabah Jafariyah has developed a strategic hierarchy to provide these services to people in their native place or as close to their vicinity as possible. Based on this, the concept of cluster centres has been developed to eliminate the need for people, particularly students, to travel long distances to access these services. The concept has been conceived in the following way.

Bostan-e-Tiflan and Syeda Khairunnisa ShifaKhana (SKS) are the most prevalent of all the institutions as they deal with early education and primary health, followed by Madinatul Ilm and Syeda ItratFatema Hospital & Diagnostic Centre (SIHDC) where higher education and secondary/tertiary care is provided. Additionally, there are many libraries functioning in different villages that are associated with Meher Library & Jafari Seminary.

All these centres are managed by the local community, while adhering to the ideology of Maktabah Jafariyah.
