BizThon 2026 is a business plan competition designed for undergraduate and postgraduate students who aspire to think like entrepreneurs and solve real-world problems through innovative business ideas. Through expert workshop, personalised mentorship, and competitive pitching, participants will develop a professional business plan, strengthen entrepreneurial skills, and present their ideas before industry experts.

Who Can Participate?
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Teams must consist of exactly three students from the same institution. Team members may belong to different courses or programmes within the institution.
- Each institution may register multiple teams.
- Business ideas should be at the ideation, validation, or pre-revenue stage.
- Existing businesses that are already operational or generating revenue are not eligible to participate.
- Each team may submit only one business idea.
Event Structure
Phase 1: Registration & Idea Submission
Deadline: 31 August 2026
Form a team of three students from your institution and submit a 200-word business idea summary.
Phase 2: Workshop(Hybrid)
2 September 2026
Business Model Design, Financial Planning, Market Research, Business Plan Development, Pitching
Phase 3: Mentorship(Online)
7 – 12 September 2026
One-to-one mentorship by startup founders and professionals
Phase 4: Elimination Round(Hybrid)
23 – 24 September 2026
5 to 8-minute presentation and business plan submission
Phase 5: Grand Finale
26 September 2026
Top 10 teams present before the jury, followed by awards and networking
Awards & Recognition
